Fully Serviced Apartment Needed In Abuja

Guys, a friend of mine needs a fully serviced 3-bedroom apartment in Abuja. It must be in a community and the community must have the following amenities:

1. Swimming pool
2. Tennis Court
3. Play Ground for kids
4. Must be responsible for power when NEPA does its thing
5. Must be in Central Abuja. I mean in the heart of the city - not outskirt.
6. Internet service will be great to have but not a must.

I will appreciate names of communities that meet these requirement or most of it. Also, websites and contacts if possible. I have tried google search without much luck.
