Can you please tell me how much it would cost me to get a plot of land in surulere,magodo,maryland and shangisan in lagos.

I am in neeed of a rough estimate inorder to facilitate my embarking on a project soonest.

Surulere is filled with houses, you will hardly find a land there. Your best bet is to buy a ouse and restrusture it to your taste or demolish and rebuild.
Why not buy a house instead?
