Some people keep their private lives private -- and seem to find ways to dodge the paprazzi. I don't know why some reporters [and almost everyone] feel they ought to know as much of someone else's private life as possible -- who he/she's dating, etc.
It must be tasking to be a celebrity. The people who want to know for example who Jessica Alba's boyfriends or to see pictures of someone making out with her by a pool would feel highly violated if the same were done to them.
I'm sorry if I'm coming on too strong but my opinion is that their sexuality is their business.

Missing the point, if you were a celebrity and there has been previous unfounded speculations that you might be homo and you went out with another guy with similar speculations going on about him, then that makes you automatically a homo in the eyes of the paps and it will give the papers something to hold the conjecture together with. I recall the magazine specifically said she was dating Eva and they made a big scene at the pictures.
