Who Knows Exxonmobil Interview Format?

please help me out with ExxonMobil interview format

The one i did involved a 3 man panel ,1 from mobil HR and two from the department u applied to,all the questions were the standard   interview questions like TELL US A SITUATION U WORKED UNDER STRESS,TELL US A SITUATION WHERE U WORKED WITHIN A GROUP TO ACHIEVE SOMETHING AND UR ROLE etc all of this questions have been discussed on nairaland before .all the best
