I would not normally comment on such topics, but your post has so shocked me that I feel it a duty to say a few things.
Intelligence does not advertise itself, especially not the way you have gone about displaying your own version of it here. If I may ask, by what do you measure your "superior" intelligence? Most definitely, not by the quality of your written (and I suspect, spoken) communication. Except, of course, intelligence has been given a different definition.
I completed my primary, secondary and first degree levels of education in Nigeria and I know that I saw a lot of intelligent Nigerian ladies in all that time. So, if for two years, you are still not able to find your "ideally intelligent" woman, you must be looking in the wrong places, or you must have an enormously bloated sense of your own intelligence, assuming that's what you have in the first place.
And if you are indeed truly intelligent, remember that intelligent women don't necessarily go for intelligent men; especially not the ones that announce themselves. They go for someone who will love, protect and cherish them as humans, not intelligent objects.
So, my advice is that you reappraise yourself and the type of things that you consider to constitute intelligence. I am sure that if you are looking for a girl who writes and possibly speaks like you do, then this problem needn't have come up in the first place. They abound everywhere. Else, it will be useful too, if you can describe here on this forum, what makes your ideal intelligent girl or lady. Some lucky girl might just see it and your search is over.

Meanwhile, nobody can also boast of having 100% in his or her English exams. So, if you cannot boast of 100%, why opening your mouths like fools in this forum and claiming Mr. and Lady Perfect them. I believe the Poster is not as dumb as you guys have painted him and he is even better than most people here. Again, you can’t tell how good he may be in every other field. With his post, I can confidently say that the guy passed his English exams and if he did – nobody has the right to say he doesn’t know English Language. You didn’t get 100% in your English exams, and he too didn’t get 100% but the bottom line is that he passed and a certificate awarded to him. The Certificate is evidence that he knows English Language. Take it or leave it.
