@topic,candidiasis is  simply a yeast infection caused by a yeast-like fungi candida.so to answer your question, Vulvuvaginal candidiasis(infection of the vagina)  can't stop one from getting pregnant(pregnancy even allow the yeast to multiply and overgrow) and balanitis(infection of the head of the privates by candida) can't reduce a mans sperm count.
