One Poster said if a husband and wife are living apart, would the wife, (I say husband too), prefer the other to masturbate or have sex with someone else? According to the word, the bed is undefiled when a man and woman marry, and God did not specify what type of sexual pleasure a husband and wife can induldge in. Matter fact, folks, a husband and wife who are apart can masturbate (even when talking to one another on the phone)--which would then be classified as masturbation/phone sex. Why act as though sexual urges do not affect us more than we let on. I would rather masturbate with, or without my husband, than have sex with another man and feel guilty and unworthy to be called a wife. Now that to me is the real guilt. If we must relieve ourselves sexually and cannot hold out, I say masturbate rather than cheat (if married) or commit fornication (if single).
Guess what, I am a Christian. Christian or no Christian, we all have sexual needs. And guess what, God himself, created us with those strong sexual urges that need to be satisfied. Now speaking again to the single, to me, it is better to masturbate to get sexual release than to have sex without being married. Again, if one cannot contain themself, then masturbation is better than fornication. I did not see a scriputre where masturbators will NOT enter the Kingdom of Heaven--did you? Fornicators and adulterers are in danger of hell if they do not repent, but no where does it say masturbating will send you to hell.
