Masters Or Naij!please Help

hello people,im currently at the end of a degree programme in the uk and im contemplating going for a masters programme(dad's idea) or moving back to nigeria and getting a job,could anyone please tell me what i should do and if i decide to move to naij in say this year or next what are the chances of getting a good paying job and the ways to go about it ,also ill appreciate people in similar circumstances views as well
