Network Software And Bandwidth Monitor

Hello Nairalanders, please I need a software that can monitor the bandwidth I am using, and also will  be able to monitor the LAN, analysing all the software that is running with the amount of bandwidth it is using.

What I mean is that, I need a software that can be use to monitor the network traffic which is passing through the LAN or individual system so that I will be able to monitor any system that is pushing the traffic.
