I love my vegetables and i try my best to add them to all these carbs we get to eat all the time in Nigeria.
The worst vegetable of the yr goes to the cucumber.
Cucumbers are thoroughly delicious! I love am die. broccoli, peas, carrots, cauliflower, name them i like the juice they produce, i eat them like mad.
I hate broccoli! Disgusting veg.
bt im allergic to the normal nigerian efo, , green leaves

Learnt to eat boiled carbages in college . . . excellent way of curbing your hunger and nutritious to boot.
Raw lettuce on salads is a must.
Pawpaw . . . just ripening and still hard - i could eat a small whole one in those days.
Peas i like, never been a fan of green beans . . . just disgusting especially when inside fried rice. It disturbs the flow.
Tried boiled onions (the white one)? Superb!

No now! you eat boiled onions and unripe paw paw and hate cucumbers?   cukes are great. try peeling and cutting into into sticks with carrot sticks and dip them in ranch dressing. Better yet wash them with vinegar before dipping. The twang they get from the vinegar gives it a good zing.  |

Those things are horrible. I like a thousand Island dressings too. I think the dressings with most calories are blue cheese dressings. They already look like lumps of cholesterol in ranch |

veggies veggies veggies yes I love 'em Especially all kinds of salads with a large slurp of salad cream. . . .mmmmmmmmm yummy!!! Broccoli i like dipped in stew. I hate cauliflower and beansprouts Yuck Yuck Yuck. is tomato a veg or fruit? I always get it confused. I love onions though I don't touch this until am sure am not going out at all. because no mata how much cleaning when you burp . . . . . . . lets hope there's no one around you. |
