Sex Ignorance is huge problem while sex educaion can be power. now if you conduct of societies comparing their  level of sexual education and awareness with problems associated with sex and marriage, you will find out that countries that are open to sex (not pornography) and accept sex as part of normal development are usually free of most of the problems associated with sex. Eg scandinavian countries where sex is taught and shown it its true form and women (and men too) are allowed to express their sexuality have few cases of sexual deseases, divorces and teen age pregnancy. but countries that claim religious piety like Nigeria where girls are expected to dress like nuns and hajiya(moslem nuns) have huge problems like AIDS, Teen age pregnancy, Abortions ( over 75,000 per yr).

As i have been trying to explain Sex is a part of existence (outside or inside marriage) and in modern society where people do not marry until their 30s, abstaining from sex all together is against nature.

Your sexual desire follows hormonal cycle(assuming you have normal balanced hormones). For a man the level of testetorone is highest in the early morning when your bladder is full ( morning urine contains high levels of hormones), And whether you think of sex or not your privates would be as hard as rock and you may even bed wet until you piss before it comes down.

For women the level of hormones is highest when she is ovulating ( that is when the level of estrogen is highest), and her breast whould be fullest and see is most easily turned on, until ovulation I'm jobless.

I am explaining all these for all the people is this thread to understand sex and sexuality better and deal with it more effectively, instead of living in a state of self denial (hyprocrisy)
