THIERRY HENRY insists that leading Arsenal to the Championship League Final is still not enough.

The Fablous Frenchman is adamant he will only be completely satisfied when he lifts famous trophy.
Every premiership season he is a Force to be reckon with. And the fear of him by Every team is begining of that team success! He said'' I am proud to be first Arsenal Captin in the final, but I am a winner and I want to be the first to lift the trophy! He is truly a 'KING'He went further to say'' We have made history by reaching this far for the first time, but it is not the history we want to make.
'' I know that our suporters will always remember what we have achieved - but we are going to paris to win the trophy.
Please the likes of Van Nisteroy should not be compared to King Henry (no sentiments)

He is amazing. the previous holders won it 2wice but this is his 3rd time
Those comparin him to Ruud absolutely made a big mistake
No one compares to him

He is great, he fantastic, he is invincible.
And he has no worries, because he is going to lift the cup this yr.

He is soooooooooooo complete

How do they talk when the best just turned out to be a disappointment overnight.
They are finished.
We have only one king in England and everyone is worshipping him.

Henry is not only a good foootballer he is an intelligent man, unlike most people associated with Arsenal, that is why he is leaving the club at the end of the season. He is smart enough to realize that the club does not have a viable future.
@ Skintite
No we have not shut up,we are just finding it difficult to fathom the sheer crassness of Arsenal fans

I wonder why you comment like this.

PFA is collection of votes of proffessional players in England.

A friend of mine who is a gunner confess to me that personally he thought John Terry is the best.

There is no malpractices, Steven is player's choice.

Which Gunner proposed J terry? he must be envious of Henry.
John Terry did not deserve it because he depends too much on Makelele in his defence.
I was shocked Makalele was not even nominated.
May be because he makes too much noise as his name means.
Yes, everyone will argue Gerrard deserved it but being the Liverpool engine was not enough reason to award him.
Without him there is no Liverpool. Fact!

Makalele can hardly be nominated for awards.

He is a catalyst who do the dirty work for the team for others to steal the glory.

Please tell me any defender in the whole world that is better than John in the last 24 months.

Highest paid player in Chelsea, Captain and spiritual leader of my team.

Last season, though a defender, he scored 5 champions league goals.

i take consolation in the fact that he was runners up in both awards.

He can't even play two roles like my prince Eboue- defence &goalkeeping.
And did you say this whole world?-Puyol is better than him.
Terry at times plays shockingly and I hated him when he Caused Chelsea to lose to Liverpool in FA.
All in all I admit he is the best but he blunders alot.

I wonder why he has not signed a new contract with Arsenal.Perhaps he realises that Arsenal has no future prospects. He does not want to be playing in the UEFA Cup next season. He is probably better of playing for Spurs or even Enyimba next season.
It is a sad end for a once great club.

Brother, is it possible to talk about someone that walks out on you as Ruud did today?
http://soccernet.espn.go.com/news/story?id=367281&cc=5739

Unlike Igwe, when the chips are down, the tough gets going. A fitting send-off for Highbury by the most appreciated soccer player we Gunners have ever seen

I don't know why u gunners make noise over whatz not?
Whatz there to celebrate for coming 4th on the league table?
This is the worst performance since Wenger joined Arsenal so whatz the hollerin about?

@Jayceesh,
Ya talk is cheap.
Ruud wasn't going to play anyway so whatz the point in staying around?
The most important thang is United nicked the 3 points they needed to qualify for UEFA next season.

@ H.US.H.
U better get ur rusty nuts insured before u place a bet on 'em.
This might just be the costliest mistake in ur whole life so i ma advise u to calculate the risks before doing it.

i distinctly remeber hucarson, jackal, 4play and some other Man-u fans swearing that

1. Real madrid will " Pulverize" Arsenal

2. Juventus will Destroy Arsenal

 3. Riquelme will destroy Arsenal

4. Arsenal will never take 4th position come rain or shine

5. Barcelona will kill arsenal

ok so just one remains. So what happens to all them tottenham fans who bought barca jerseys.

all you anti gunners will drink toilet water when that UEFA cup sits comfortably at the EMIRATES

@ hurcason

Unless am mistaken (and i stand to be corrected), I believe its more a matter of Sir Alex saying he was disturbing team spirit, and if history is to go by, no one has survived Sir Alex's wrath, ask David Beckham and Roy Keane.

http://soccernet.espn.go.com/news/story?id=367384&cc=5739

And the point in staying around is simply for team spirit just in case you don't know, and well he will probably disturb the likes of Saha and Ronaldo's spirit by his physical presence anyway. By the way, congrats on automatic qualification for UCL next season!!!

I may not like Manchester United, but I don't shy away from giving kudos to those whom its due unlike some I know around here
