I bought a domain from godaddy.com using my virtual visa card. The domain was later cancelled and my money was refunded. However, the domain has not yet been deleted by them. Who knows how long it would take for them to delete it so that i can register it somewhere else? And who knows a reliable registrar (and cpanel hosting company) that accepts credit cards from nigeria?

Do you intend to register it yourself? Try Bluehost or Network Solutions. Whatever you do don't tie your domain registration in the same company which provides your hosting.
