What Would You Have Done?

On my way home from the hairdressers (sometime last year), as I was crossing the road, my eyes caught sight of the corpse of a child carefully covered with some kind of shawl. I was so shocked almost froze in the middle of the busy highway. The way the child was covered; part of the leg was left exposed, maybe for early detection. For about a second my mind was at crossroads on what to do; should I raise alarm and call for attention or just walk away. I choose the latter and walked away ’because I didn’t want to be involved in police palaver, writing statements and stuff.
