On Thursday, Tom Hicks, the co-owner of Liverpool FC was touted to have said he has the final say on whether Gillette can sell his stake to Dubai International Capital, a consortium led by a die-hard Kop, now wanting to launch another take-over bid, after it failed to beat the American duo.
But fellow Kops, and other liens that feel they can nose around, do you think Hicks or the fans have the final say?
Yes, Hicks may have the bucks, but indeed, Anfield is faraway from Hollywood, California, Los Angeles or even New York. I think what the fans think, should be brought in to considerations, after all, they do the buying of tickets to watch every match of every competition, every season, since 1892.
This fellow, should better stop seeing himself as the Alpha and the Omega, before some of us incite Usmanov, to leave some Gonners, and board a bus to Anfield, or rather, Stanley Park.
