Efrebor is a girl's name.

The song by stramborella ( ..originator) could have been " Angela, angel you go wound o" instead of " Efrebor, Efrebor you go wound o".

Efrebor is a prostitute he knew and decided to write the song around her.

When anyone say Efrebor..he simply means you're threading a dangerous path.
