there is no algorithm in generating phone numbers

just spam mtn numbers from 0803 111 1111 to 0803 999 9999 Grin
do the same for other networks.

you can be sure 70% of the numbers are invalid anyway

Yep,

Even the best telemarketers know expect a 2% Return on Investment for every 100 or so spams, so who are you?  Cool

I am not sure of the situation down there in Nigeria but if this is for advertising purposes, you best get an actual list of numbers in the area through companies that offer them. I am guessing Nitel or whatever company runs the show now has a listing of numbers that are available and who it belongs to. It is usually best to do it that way but if that is not available, I do not think autogenerating numbers is a really good way to go considering that it may cost money for each send. If you do a pay per send, you might get charged for all undelieverable sends as well and that might run you quit a bit.
