Glo 3g Internet Vs Normal Wifi Or Wlan Connection: Which Is Better?

I currently have a WLan connection and I've been seeing this advert on papers for the new Glo 3G service.Can anyone tell me how impressive the Glo 3G service is?
I am currently paying 5k per month while the Glo service would charge 15k per month.I wouldn't mind the cost if its much, much better.Do you think I will  get value for money if I switch over?
If there is onyone out there already using the Glo service please tell us how great or how bad it is?

thanks man for the info. How good is the Glo service? You said they use UMTS and GPRS. These are 2.5G technologies.They talked about something like HSPDA which is a 3G technology.
