"I don't know where you got your figures, i have friends that are ea's(Executive Assistants) thats the position you will be in a year from now and they take home 136k monthly".

@bjibola,
Thank you for your reply. But pls to correct you a bit. Not all EA's were paid N136k. Those of  us that were employed  from November were paid N88k. According to them, there's EA1 and EA2 and the ET's which they are paying N75K presently. That's to show you how disorganised the so called organised zenith is. They just wake up one morning and implement something without notice or due process? Well, like I said, it's a free world. I'm not here to debate with anyone. I'm just expressing my views. So, dear ones, you choose the boat you wish to sail with. If you feel the pay is ok, then pls go ahead. We all can't proceed in the same pathway. As for me, myself and I, I have no regrets. I believe the sky has no limits but is the beginning of a new era. After all, according to a layman " na pesin know where shoe dey pinch am".

big father, thanks for your good wishes. why do u assume i was put in marketing?i am in the customer service unit. even if it were marketing ,i would not need a money making ritual as i'm not desperate for d job. the issue at hand is that the pay is not as poor as people have condemned it to be.dont forget a marketer gets comission plus that salary. sooo, what are we saying here???.

@coolviv,
If I may ask, are you actually with Zenith? Otherwise, why would you say such a thing? Which commission? I guess I was sleeping when they were paying my fellow marketers commission on top of the salary. Have you forgotten this is a bank we're talking about or is zenith now an insurance company that pays based on commission? Please, express yourself based on facts. Like I said, it's a free world.

 Hey guys,
Just a few quotations to lighten up your moods. And to let you know you're destined for greatness. God will see us all through. After all, no one knows us like God,

"Destiny is not a matter of chance, it is a matter of choice. It is not a thing to be waited for, it is a thing to be achieved."
-- Jeremy Kitson

"If you can DREAM it, you can DO it."
-- Walt Disney

"In each of us are places where we have never gone. Only by pressing the limits do you ever find them."
-- Dr. Joyce Brothers

"Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn't do than by the ones you did do. So throw off the bowlines. Sail away from the safe harbor. Catch the wind in your sails. Explore. Dream. Discover."
-- Mark Twain

how can u double your staff's salary and 2 mnths later u slahed it by more 50% even lower than wat they have been recieving b4 they increased it.
DAMN ZENITH,

chyzion, would u kindly get OFF your high horse, acting like u are so superior and have d answer to everything. psst!!if u read my first reply, i said i just received d letter and the second says i'm in the csu dept. at d interview, those who claimed to know, said that as a marketer u receive commissions, as in its d usual thing to pay commissions for every account landed by a marketer. I AM NOT A MARKETER, just saying ,as a passing comment, what i heard. soooo, if u dont like d bank, might as well quit, if u've already done so, then let go of d bitterness u're OBVIOUSLY harbouring for them and stop taking offence and mouthing off at me cuz i'm saying good things about them. so there,  Tongue

I'll have to disagree with Coolviv on this one.
That your aunt earns 85k as a civil servant does not justify you getting 75k in Zenith Bank. For one thing, salaries are set on an industry by industry basis, and by the position of zenith in the banking industry it should be better. how about the expectations of the job, the stress, not to mention that they trick people with the offer letter.

I work for GTBank as an unconfirmed ET, and we are almost at par with Zenith in terms of size, yet my salary over double what Zenith offers, so let's drop the whole gain experience nonsense.

If one is unemployed sha, then i'd say take the offer, until God makes a way.

That's my own two cents.

finegirl is very correct. zenith pays 75k monthly, payable in arrears and 30k ANNUALY for medicals. Confirmation is after 1 year of working with them

i agree with with bee84, if u want 2 build a career, stay with zenith. i understand that the package will improve after confirmation.

Coolviv, its 30k ANNUALLY for medicals and NOT monthly as u said

Sharpguy ask your Zenith driver well wat he truely earns. fine girl is correct and that's what  Zenith pays their 'career staff' and not  'contract staffs"
