I Need Help On My Pocket Pc!

Hey! Please help i have a problem with my brand new pocket pc,Whenever i put it on,it's keep asking for CODE!
The modem of the pocket pc is  UT STARCOM 6700 plz can anyone help me with the code?  Embarrassed .

have you tried the users manual for codes? And i hope it isnt network locked 'because i don't think the software will be handy
