legend + history inspired the comic which inspired the movie. and the only connection between sin city and 300 is that they were both the works of frank miller. 300 has a weak central plot but tons of visual fest. if you are plot-inclined then look elsewhere, otherwise the gore and gobsmacking visuals are interesting for action fans. who says it looks fake? its deliberate, something called "art" |
