There is an airline that ploughs the lagos-ibadan route. It is called Associated Airlines. This is their temporary websiteI don't recall the exact location of ibadan airport in ibadan

If you have the money, go to Victoria Crown Plaza hotel, VI. It is one of the best hotels in Lagos. It is safe, secure, well staffed and furnished. You can visit their website here and see reviews of the hotel here
