A friend of mine was owed three months salary by an organisation he worked for and even after resigning they have refused to pay him.The MD kept promising him to come every week but it seems he does not intend to pay.Investigations have also shown that this guy habitually does not like to pay people he owes.What is the best legal option to tackle this?Any lawyer in the house who can help?
bros, sorry for your friend. I must say that it is not easy dealing with these guys. Anyway, let us talk, we will do a letter to the M.D, copy a lot of agencies monitoring labour in naija. If he feals threaten, he will pay. I must say going to court is not an option.
