I think breast milk is the best for babies, most importantly it

helps build up their immune system., So I will definitely breast feed my kids.  Cool

second that

@post
yes, it's101%  natural, contains appropriate amounts of carbohydrate, protein, and fat.it also provides the digestive

proteins, minerals, vitamins, and hormones that infants need,

contains valuable antibodies from the mother that may

help the baby resist infections. instead of using artificial milks

which can alter my baby's  genome (epigenetic), i'll rather

give something that can make her grow healthy and safe without risk. . .i mean, why else do i have breast

if not for the sole purpose of feeding my baby?

Gods way is best.

BREAST MILK

-  Contains valuable antibodies that onlly nature can produce

-  Creates a bond between mum and baby that

-  Will give it emmotional security for the rest of its life. (unbreastfed kids can be emmotional wrecks)  Breastfeed at least for 6 months straight.

-  Most balanced possible food for baby.

-  Cheap

-  Convenient

-  Body knows how to make whats needed according to baby's demand.

-  Burns calories to help you get back to pre-weight (500 a day per baby)

-  Your boobs may not even get back into proper shape if you don't breastfeed anyways

IMPORTANTLY

-  Helps your uterous shrink naturally

-  There is a link between not breastfeeding and Cancer of the womb.

THE BENEFITS ARE ENDLESS.  IT WAS DONE FOR A PURPOSE.  IF YOU CANT BREASTFEED, IT SHOULDNT BE FOR VANITY, AS BOTH MUM AND BABY WILL LOOSE OUT.

ONLY HIV infected mothers may be better off not breastfeeding, even then, God will make a way.

PeaceOut,

AmOut.
