Hello house, i was rejected visa after my medical test for canada visa 2005 which i succeeded. The refusal after i was sucessful for interview, was base on my submiting fraudulent statement of account which they verified with the bank. And this made them ban me for 2 years although it has elapsed now.
My question is if i change my date of birth and passport will CDHC still know that i have onced applied since 2005?
If i dont do you think they will issue me visa even if i merit it?

I need answers please.

U can even do a total face lift and they'll still know its you. your chance of getting a Visa at a canadian embassy anywhere in the world and especially in Nigeria is very slim because of your previous fraudulent behavior.
Wat u did a couple of yrs ago will forever haunt ya.

My Bro, pls don't change your details, you see this attitude of changing details at will doesn't always help, as you have been banned before due to the last incident it is true that your chances will be very slim, however, it is not impossible. If you change your details they will still know because having been on the banned list all applications received will always be checked against these list and mind you your photograph could have been digitally stored for easy comparison with future applications. My brother tried the same trick at the UK embassy 4 years ago he was discovered and his passport was sent to Abuja since then he cannot apply again to UK.

I will suggest you made a fresh application, this time make sure everything you'll submit are genuine then write a letter of apology for what you did last time and request that you be given a second chance, these people are human beings too and I believe they will reason.

Goodluck Bro

As long as the passport is still valid irrespective of the british visa refusal. It can sitll be used but you have to fill lt in your canadian application form that you have applied for visa in UK embassy in the past. And as a student applicant the amount in your account count a lot. It is what they can use to access how financially capable you are.

what is the meaning of am i not suppose to be a student. I ask a simple question and u are telling me am not smart. Nobody has asked any related question to my sponsor question and for the application fee question don't u know that the value of naira as depreciated, their application fee is suppose to be CAN $125. you can do the rate change yourself.

Again, read thru the links I gave to you. The fee structure on the CIC Nigerian website is in Naira Embarrassed. Perhaps no one has asked about it because it's written in plain english on their website. The CDHC (Nigeria) never asked you to do any conversion for them or worry about the Naira depreciation. The document on their website has outlined a few Nigerian Banks they only accept Bank Drafts from, and how the Bank drafts must be addressed. Same for your passport photographs.

Again, you should take time to read through and decipher information and make good judgement. Just a glance at the sponsorship affidavit document states that the affidavit must state:
(a) introduction of sponsor
(b) relationship of sponsor to applicant
(c) number of his/her dependants
(d) details of financial commitments already undertaken, including those in support of other applications for study or residence in Canada or another country
(e) his / her occupation and earnings
(f) GUARANTEE that funds will be available for total support of the applicant for the ENTIRE program of studies in Canada (state number of years) and if the financial situation changes, the student will terminate studies and leave Canada.

From that, how do you come up with putting two sponsors on the same affidavit?

The reason I still insist on reading through this thread and the links I provided you, is because your first post on this thread indicated you had no clue on how to make an application. When you read through, you try to make sense of the whole application process and you do not make same mistakes others might be making. Your application is alot stronger and you have a better chance. Goodluck!

Why dont you call up the hospital(s) and ask?

However, I do not see any reason why you cannot book your appointment over the phone or get someone to book for you, if you are unable to go down. You pay during the medicals. Goodluck!

are they humans at all?

They are humans, inshort I heard that CDHC has stop issuing student visa, eccept to over qualify applicants who are under the sponsorship of their parents. They are tired of all this uncle, auntie sponsor when they know documents are readily available in Nigeria.
