my Hp Pavilion is giving me some trouble.i think i need to re-install the OS(vista),because it keeps hanging after every 20 minutes or sometimes even less.it started doing this maybe a few weeks after i bought it.Plus,it doesn't download photos from websites any more and has one or two other problems which make my browsing a very painful experience.Would like to find a computer specialist who is either gay or bisexual to fix it.this is important because i wouldn't want to shock anyone with some of the sensitive material on my computer.Anyone in Lagos,Kano or Port Harcourt will do because i am in all three cites almost all the time.

you probably have spyware on your system.
as to the gay or bisexual specialist - na naija you dey - better back up the sensitive material to an external hard drive, then use one of those secure deletion tools to delete , after which you can take it to pc village.
i'd advise using a suite of antispyware appas fist , though
spyware blaster
superantispyware
adaware
microsoft malicious software removal tool
mcafee stinger
spyware doctor
i seem to remember that you are using kaspersky. have you been updating it regularly?

Hello Pedron, 1) I sugest u scan for virus and spyware, it could be your system has been hyjack by virus. (2) If your laptop is windows vista it should have a minimum of 1gb ddr. (3) been a new laptop it require u doing update on it, there is a pachment update u should do that would correct that error, however if it fails u might need to re-install the OS. you may call me on 08033647132 or email j_judeo@yahoo.com |

thanks for the quick response.i appreciate it. i used to update my kaspersky until a few weeks ago when it stopped.kept saying something was wrong.where can i get the antispyware from ? |

you are probably infected by a spyware try use antispyware like avg antispyware free.grisoft.com/doc/download-free-anti-spyware/us/frt/0or super antispyware,if it does not work then try re- installing the windows but mind u ,u should use the recovery cd if not u might enconter message like " SETUP CANNOT FIND THE HARDDISK ,PRESS F3 TO REBOOT UR SYSTEM" call me for help in case u need 1,mike 08028335838
