Spitzer was one of the most irritating prosecutors whose self-promotion cost billions of dollars in shareholder value.He forced Maurice Greenberg to resign,yet,the charges in question virtually whittled away. I'm sure folks at Wall Street will feel a sense of schadenfreude.He is probably holding on to his job as a bargaining chip to save himself from prosecution.
