Opening A Gas Station In Nigeria?

To all business inclined folks on the board. Would any of you have any idea on the amount of money needed to set up a gas station in Nigeria?

It depend on a lot of variables-
Location-Urban or semi urban area,high or low traffic area.
Land-The cost of land depend on the location
under ground tanks,pumps,Canopy,Office building and a host of things that you will need for a standard station.
I am work on this line of business right now.
