How Would You Define A Romantic Person?

It is often said that most Africans are not romantic. No gender discrimination now. So, what makes one romantic?

@ topic

I disagree with u because most ladies think I'm very romantic. I think it depends on the situation of the lady, being able to provide/create the right type of atmosphere for the right kind of situation. that's the trick. Try it n u wnt fail. Study the lady and try and determine what she really needs at that point in time. It makes u VERY ROMANTIC.  Wink
