Telecomms Companies Pay Packages

Hello guys,

I work for an IT solutions, consulting and service company and we are currently seeking to review staff pay packages. we are expected to have an idea of what other companies like ours offer their own staff so that we can at least match up to standards with our competitors. Can you guys please give me an idea of job levels and their pay packages for such companies like Netcom, Huawei, Telkcom etc. your input would be greatly appreciated. thanks.
