How to solve this problem i have colleague that reports to me but i brought her in she doesnt do her job such that i always take the blame from my boss don't know what to do she is quite young and needs the money to finance her education but says she doesnt like the job because is somehow low for her standard always behaves as if we are on the same pay level but am her direct boss Please i need solution

hello, As regards to your requst,i might suggest that if actually you're experincing such problem as said,its better for you to call your so called colleague down enlightened her the purposed of being there and also let her understand that life is not tared like a bed of rose.(life is somewhat awkward)it can only be scaled through by endurance and applying a vehement degree of tolerance before success could be attained.She ought to start from somewhere be4 getting to the top.Let her understand that all the top populus people today started from grass to grace. Remember if u don't apply wisdom on this issue, it may affect your stay in the office and may be disregarded in her presence.its better to be tactical on this issue. wish u the best!

Please don't allow your friend to ruin your career. If she doesnt want to stay or do the work, then its better she resigns.
