What Do Nigerians Need From President Yardie?

If the president is serious about taking nigeria to another level,i will suppose his first point of call should be the the three arms of government by which i mean the judiciary,legislature and of course the executive. The police needs to be reconstituted removing the seriously bad ones,increasing the number of police to about a million. I belief doing this will give the country a ground to grow upon.What do you guys reckon?
