That is still the (unfortunate) case. There was a thread started for us when Seun shut us down in Dec. Can't seemt to find that thread. SMN's style spoils the "flow" and one is always clicking all over the place to get up to speed.

But wetin we go do na?

@easimoni

This particular SMN thread maintains the flow we like. The moderator increased the number of posts per page when Pumping requested (Pumping na oga for there too  Grin).

I intend to look for a more reliable forum with a free flow and where folks can share information positively.

The same kind of abuse happened last December, and I expect Seun to be ready with a solid plan for show-spoilers but what we have is a belated knee-jerk reaction.

That failure may well move a lot of visitor away from this thread, as they say one man's lost is another mans gain!!. Lips sealed

And, our archive would be gone as well?Huh?

Well, regarding UBA,  the thing has no where to go but up,

Look at the Inverted Hammer and the Oversold bollinger band pounding - we should see an uptrend tomorrow,

Seun needs to be more proactive about things. In my email to him, I suggested several people as moderators, and he said he was still looking for someone he can trust! Imagine ,and he waited until the situation degenerated till that level. (Won't be surprised if he bans me now, wont be the first time!).

I honestly prefer Nairaland to SMN,and if Seun is listening, post in here, get a moderator today , and re-open the former thread!

For those of us with progressive interest in technical analysis, and who make use of the picturial explanation

of AKTOPGUN, ROUGHCUT and the rest of the technical gurus to access how far we are doing will want Seun

to restore the file size that will support our collective learning.

Just thinking aloud Grin

i agree with u savvy that UBA should do better tomorrow unless there's something we are missing.

however on the candle pattern from last thursday, u see, for a candle to be a full hammer, it is required that the tail be twice as long as the body of the candle. this isnt quite the case in the thursday candle.

another thing is that if we believe this is a dumpling top reversal then UBA should drop some more. sounds like i am undecided about it doesnt it?  Cheesy Cheesy
been looking at the chart closely and i am inclined to reconsider my position on it and say  Lips sealed Lips sealed

the jury is out on this one for topgun but the above are my Thoughts on it

girl its been tough trying to stay on both fronts today u know and i don't even have work today!!.

i kind of favor here because we have everyone on one thread gisting at once on variuos issues but on SMN we are just getting used to that idea and it kind of looks strange over there  Cheesy Cheesy. but with the issue of picture downloads becoming a no-no here we may in the end have no choice but to switch!

@ All

So na here una dey?

Just got back from my Easter holiday and found out that our beloved thread has been placed on TS na wah o but why now?
Although I don’t know the reason why our thread was placed on TS but I’ll suggest we give Seun some time to sort things out before we migrate to SMN not to be an ingrate like the popular Yoruba saying  "Igi da eye fo"

@Yodi and co,

Anyone who is ready to be a moderator for this thread can mail Seun at his gmail address. With that I believe we may have the former thread open with the picture properties we are used to. See some of my exchanges with him in red below;

Today, Seun wrote;If you come accross someone I can trust, let me know.

On 3/24/08, loma wrote:

You do not begin to get a sense of appreciation for what we had on that thread, until you get to SMN,and see that words like "CICO","AGBERO-BROKER" are now used as normal words Cheesy

dear all,

lets just stay put in nairaland and wait on seun or should i say keep harassing seun to get a moderator. its just the right thing to do, can u imagine all the hard work that people put in to make the blog a reference point and some people just come to mess things up. I have a guy in my office who doesnt visit the blog but everyday asks me, what did your friends in nairaland say today?, this goes to show that the blog is much appreciated by even those who are too busy to visit.

keep up the good work guys, we'll surely get there.
