Life In Nigerian Companys

I just finished reading the thread "Why I hate Globacom" and I'm curious to know if the treatment allegedly metted out to the staff by the management of the telco is just a singular case. In other words I'd like to know how staff are treated in their companys especially the Nigerian ones. Please share your experiences here. Thanks
