Inquire from the nearest Oceanic bank branch. I think thats their registrar . . . .does he want his refund / fee for the unallocatd shares?? If so, let him go to the bank where he submitted his form

Actually he hasnt even seen his allotment letter neither d certificate,and d major problem now is he is abroad,so he needs a contact numba 2 make enquiries.

be patient . . .our's just arrived like a month ago. . . .hw many did he put in for?? Most applications were reduced by 40% I presume
