theres a group policy edit on sp2 but you need cmd.  since theres no run command, boot from your cd then go into recovery console

http://www.majorgeeks.com/RRT_Remove_Restrictions_Tool_d5635.html

the above is a link to -RRT (Remove Restrictions Tool) 1.0, which should restore your diabled options.

its likely you have malware on your system, which is why the items are disabled. get a spyware remover or antivirus and run a scan

It's a virus. Agent G is its name. To be sure i know what am saying your folder option as been disabled too. This how to check. Open My documents >tools. You need a very good antivirus. Bitdefender will do it easily but it might end up deleting valuable files too. So i go with Mcafee. Get the latest version with updates.

After you done removing the virus. Run the little utility in this attachment

RRT.exe
* RRT.exe (48 KB - downloaded )

once upon a time - task manager disabled , run command missing - meant brontok. today,  thats a signature of a lot of malware out there.

uninstall your antivirus

download and installl kaspersky antivirus/internet security

update it.the definirtions must be the latest definitions

boot into safe mode.

select scan critical areas

let it do its thing.

reboot. repeat scan. use the remove restrictions tool to restore your settings.

buy kaspersky or get a license.
