Hi, please is it possible to use share certificate as collateral to obtain loan in the bank.and can somebody recommed some bank that can gives such loan and their condition for such loan.

it is possible. all banks offer the service. some mico finance bank also offer it howvere your certificates must have been deposited with CSCS through a broker and  your broker must issue a letter of no objection.
