I really don't see the point for peeps coming to this forum to say they have sth nice that everyone will like yet refuse to disclose specific rates and terms for all to see unless through some kind of special arrangement. Complete nonsense.
Also, If you have properties nothing stops you from describing kind, cost,location or even pics.
A lot of folks will be alarmed to find that these so called mortgages go for commercial rates ranging from 20-23% par annum. The federal mortgage scheme will give you 5% but you get no more than N5m.
