Ericsson Excellerate Global Management Program

This exclusive program is being launched to attract, develop and retain talented people fr om across the world, with a view to groom ing future leaders in Ericsson. Only exceptional candidates are being sought, so candidates should have:

Two degrees; one of them a master's degree in either business or international marketing or econ omics.
Relevant work experience of between two and four years in, for example, the telec oms, IT, media or management consulting sectors.
A global perspective, having lived in at least two countries and being fluent in preferably two or more languages.
The program is planned to begin in October 2006 and continue for two years. The program design reflects best practice in the market, and will be a mix of job rotation, project work, theory, literature studies, personal development, and international networking.
