your graphics are much too heavy and the flash intros should be avoided, because they end up short-changing your client. especially in africa where most of us have slow internet connections and really can't be bothered to sit there waiting for some flash intro to finally finish loading.

Very Cool websitei must confess. However u need to slow down on the graphics and flash animations. You know internet connections in this country is still relatively slow. Hence people get impatient i forget about sites that will take ages to load, which totally defeats the relevance of a website.

I agreed with @urihsab and @wolexf about loading files on the website such as heavy graphics and flash animations, most webmaster must consider about country internet connection FIRST before desiging the website to attract the audiences.
In Africa, the majority of internet connections are still 56k phone modem. Very few of them has broadband connection.
Unless you market your site for UK and US audiences only, no problem.
