I have a dog that i am so passionate about. He is beautiful and intelligent. He loves my wife but she doesn't like him in return. She always complain when i spend extra time with him,whenever i cook his food she complains that the food i serve him is too much. If i buy anything for him,she will also complain that i am spending too much for him. Please what can i do to make her love and accept my dog as a part of our family?

How much time has she spent with the dog? Some people just need time to fall in love 
Others have no love for pets and there's nothing you can do

She is not a pet person and had never spent anytime with the dog. She even threatened to open the gate so that the dog can stray away  |

But dogs are loving,protective and faithful. It is because of him that we did not employ a mai guard as dogs are far loyal and faithful. I even plan on bringing in another but i know it would be WAR to do that. I have tried to make her see reasons we need to have dogs but she wouldn't yield.

I huh? your wife is against the dog that you have now, and you're thinking about bringing in another one? you see? this is the reason why its better if some men dnt think. abeg o, you better dnt think about it I have tried to make her see reasons we need to have dogs but she wouldn't yield.

If you bathe your dog regularly and apply shampoo and powder they won't be smelly. I love dogs.

Eyah, you said she's not a pet person. If she can ignore the dog, then you still have your dog. If it's an issue between you guys (as in you guys are always fighting about it) then you have to give your dog away.
BTW how come you didn't know about her lack of love for pets?
I don't really get her though, as i love pets. I love ma babies
