L.a.n.d.s I Knew When It Was 180

Two years ago it was going  for 180,000 , seven months after 280,000,  a lot of people still didn't believe that it  made sense to buy , another six months
    after it was going for 350,000, which was about last year , till December, by January this year 450,000. now its going for about 600,000. you actually           
    don't need an investment consultant to tell you that it makes sense to invest  in or own  landed properties.  An opportunities to  buy plots of  land at       
    mowe or  ofada(prime estate)  at the best price. 
    you can't  afford to be one of those who  said   " i knew when it was 180,000" or " i knew when it was 280,000" and so on , and won't take
    action. its time to do the right thing!
