WRONG, Claude Makalele was no where near the national team as of 1998. in fact the earliest record of Makalele at the national team was some timein 2002/3

@ NightRider & Chimanu2000

Thanks for the correction, i have modify it and added Dessailly.
Ronaldo was in Barca during those glorious years in Real and Petit,Viera and Zidane kept Makalele out in 1998 when Baba is undecided whether to play for Congo or not.

Cheers.

There should be more players in this group

Adding league tittles i don't think Marcel Dessaily has won any league title and neither has he won the Uefa Champions league.

He was once with AC Millan and Marsielle.

How do you mean akolawole? Kanu Nwakwo has won all there is in laurels in the game of soccer. You name it and bingo, you could as well know his name should be among the roll call. Based on your criteria and the players you had mentioned, none of them has won Olympic gold, which Kanu had won in 1996. He had won world club gold when he was with Ajax, champions league gold, uefa cup gold, FA cup gold, FA premiership gold, Nation cup silver and bronzes, Dutch cup gold, dutch league etc. So tell me, is he or is he among the group?

So what? he is still among the group, perhaps if the roll call should be top 20, I bet he should be in those list.

Closer to Kanu is not the matter. going by your criteria it shows no player can fit in, because you said "that has won everything"  Was only Nations cup and World cup the "everything" you mean to be a criteria? Methinks it should be right from Worldcup down to League gold. and If such is the criteria, it fits Kanu like gloves.

Then this topic shouldnt be "Players that have won everything" perhaps it should be "players that have won nations, world and uefa champions cup. For if we generalise it  with the terms "everything" none of the players has achieved that.

So why was his name not included?

He's been the World Footballer of the Year twice, European Footballer of the Year and what else do you want him to become and he'll surely do it nice!
