Buying A Land & Building

Anyone know if 1.5m naira is enough to buy a land and build a house on it back in naija. what areas would you guys recommend? I have 1.5milion naira at hand and I would like to get one house with that if possible,

waoh! that place has got xpensive over the years too, well I will have to keep saving more then. Just bought myself a house here and I think I can still  push the naija house to some later time  Could I have an estimate to have a 3bedroom or 4 on a plot of land? Like how much will that be???

2. 8plots of land for sale at old gra port harcourt, close to ryhthm93.7 for 180million naira with c of o.

3. a duplex [4bedrooms n a big parlour]on a two plot of aland at elekiah phc close to dannic hotels phc. for 60m including boys quarters.

4. mopol19 area 4 plots of lands, 7.5m each, near stadium phc.
