Teacher Has Sex With 14 Year Old Boy.

Hillsborough County teacher Stephanie Ragusa began flirting with a 14-year old male student during a ride in an elevator at Davidson Middle School last year.

A search warrant affidavit says Ragusa; "told the victim he was shy and she could break him of that." The document goes on to say; "during the same conversation they arranged to go to her apartment after school instead of him attending an after-school program." That evening the boy tells detectives Ragusa performed oral sex on him followed by intercourse. Ragusa, allegedly, then drove the boy back to school in time for his step-mom to pick him up.

Over the next several weeks according to court documents, Ragusa called the boy including one conversation which; "occurred after the juvenile victim's parents were asleep." In fact during that conversation court records say; "it was agreed that the suspect would pick him up around the corner from his home." After she picked him up the two had sex in the back seat of Ragusa's Lexus SUV.

In a third incident, court papers suggest the two had sex while the boy was supposed to be at an 8th grade dance.

To corroborate the boy's stories, officials say the teen described 3 tattoos on Ragusa's body; tattoos that authorities say would require personal knowledge to identify them. They include a flower and butterfly below Ragusa's waist and a lizard on her back.

Ragusa has yet to make any statements to the media and is free on bond, but she does continue to face multiple charges of lewd and lascivious battery.
