Want A Land And Property To Buy, Can You Help?

hi anyone

i am looking to buy plots of land and possibly a property in Ibadan or Lagos

my budget is below

Ibadan land 350 - 450k

Ibadan property 8 - 10 million for a big house or 3 flats or so



Lagos land 450 - 600k

Lagos property 10 - 15 million or so


I hope my budget is realistic with the current market?


Has anyone got any information about prices and any available land or property for sale?
