Hello, I like to know if its possible to deposit check into saving account, in nigeria.

u can do it in oceanic bank if d check is oceanic cheque and also u hav oceanic account

you can do it in union bank but you will get a reference form from casa officer,get two customer that have current accounts either with the bank or from another bank who will serve as your referees.They will fill in their acct.numbers,you submit the form to union bank.If it is from another bank,status enquiry will be given to the bank to verify whether the customers have transacted a business with them for two years.After confirmation.you can be using your saving deposit booklet to lodge in your cheques and dividends.cheers.

Of course you can. My zenith bank savings account swallows cheques. All you have to do is upgrade your zenith bank account to receive cheques that's all, no charges are involved. Once you do it you can also pay in dividend warrant into the savings account. |

Are u sure of this? because i havent heard anything like such please can someone confirm this?? |

it's fully true, all you need to upgrade your savings account is 2 references from Zenith or other bank account holders |
