Wenger Considers Obafemi Offer?
« on: April 08, 2008, 11:35 AM »

Another bolt of drama has come the way of Obafemi Akinwunmi Martins, with reports from England indicating that he could be on his way to Arsenal at end of the season.

The Weapon of Mass Destruction is still basking in the joy of his second goal of the year last weekend, as Newcastle United dented Reading a 3-0 blow, but speculation about his future at Saint James' Park lingers.

The controversy around Obadrive is now bound to escalate, with a section of the British sporting media coming out with a report that the Gunners’ coach, Arsene Wenger is planning a double-raid on Newcastle, with the former Inter Milan fleet-footed striker considered one of those under the Frenchman’s searchlight.

The stunning report from Queensland says Wenger is eyeing Martins and Charles N'Zogbia. Wenger is said to be a big fan of Martins, while N'Zogbia is keen to move his family to London.
