Japaul Ipo: Was It Oversubscribed?

Please i've nt been following the trends of the Japual IPO.

I want to know whether the IPo (last year) was oversubscribed and what the allotment plan was, if there is any such arrangement.

I asked the questions above 'because i bought 76, 000 shares but the certificate sent by Sterling Registrars showed only 14,622 shares! - about 19.2%

Does anyone have the same experience?

An inner thought makes me feel that the allotment could be based on "man know man."

Inanycase, I'll call Sterling Registrars (01-2635607; 01-7303445) tomorrow to confirm the true state of affairs.
