1. Management Trainees
SSCE o levels in maths, English, and 3 others
Minimum of second class honours (lower division) university degree in any discipline
Not more than 27yrs as at 1st January 2006
Ability to wk with basic computer applications
Willingness to wk in any part of Nigeria
2. Business Process Auditor
Not more than 40yrs as at 1st January 2006
Minimum of 5 credits in ssce gce o levels in subjects including maths and English
A university degree in accounting, economics, bus admin or related discipline with a minimum of second class lower
Associate member (ACA) institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria
Minimum of 5 years relevant post NYSC experience
Note: Applicants must meet all the stated requirements stated above

Repeats itself endlessly. |

THE JOB (REF: CCDM/16/02/011)
The Graduate Management Development Scheme (GMDS) is a talent – sourcing scheme aimed at identifying young, bright, talented Nigerian graduates who have recently concluded their National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) assignments.
After a highly competitive selection process, successful candidates will undergo a systematic and broad-based training programme involving formal learning and experiential attachments for about 12 to 18 months. At the end of the training, successful candidates will be considered for management positions in the company.
REQUIREMENTS
The ideal candidates must not be older than twenty-seven (27) years as at 1st January, 2006 and should possess the following: -
Five (5) credit grades in SSCE or GCE ‘O’ Level including Mathematics and English Language, obtained at one sitting.
Minimum of Second Class Honours (Lower Division) University degree in any discipline.
A challenging NYSC experience.
Ability to work with basic computer applications (e.g. Word Processing, Spreadsheet, e-mail, etc.)
Willingness to work in any part of Nigeria
Personal initiative and drive.
